New Jersey PACE (NJPACE) was honored to have our proposal selected, among dozens of applicants, for a panel on C-PACE Financing. As you may know, C-PACE (Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy) is experiencing exponential growth across the U.S., making it one of the best financing solutions for “green” retrofits, and a no-brainer for up to 30% of the capital stack for new construction, replacing more expensive mezzanine and equity funding. You can even finance resiliency improvements, based on NJ’s C-PACE law.
