In the last post, we looked at the Technical Evaluation and Review requirements; in this section we look at the Agency’s proposed fees. These are laid out in the table below.
To summarize, there’s an initial application fee of $1000. The administration fee is 1% (not to exceed $75,000), broken down into one-third payable as a determination fee, and the remaining two-thirds payable at closing. There’s a $500 fee for any project changes after the application is filed. Finally, capital providers are charged a registration fee of $1000, and technical reviewers a $300 fee.
