The New Jersey Economic Development Authority (NJEDA) is getting closer to launching the new Garden State Commercial PACE program by posting some of the final documents while leaving others, including the key opt-in document for municipalities, to be published “in the coming weeks.”

Note: The Program Guidelines, Supplemental Guidelines, and Board Memo are Board approved versions and final.

The remainder of the documents posted here are still in DRAFT form. Final versions will be posted periodically throughout the coming weeks in order of priority – beginning with municipality opt-in documents.”
