Wednesday, October 8, 2024 — The Board of NJ’s Economic Development Authority (NJEDA) today approved the guidelines and regulations of the Garden State C-PACE Program, opening the door to the official publication of the program’s rules at the NJEDA’s website, https://www.njeda.gov/c-pace/.

The program details have been more than three years in the making, the legislation having been passed and signed into law in August 2021.

According to NJEDA staff, the guidelines should be posted in the next week or two, officially opening the program for municipalities, capital providers, and project developers.
