The NJPACE Project Pre-Application form is now available online, along with our Contractor Registration. You do not have to be a contractor in order to create a project pre-application — property owners, consultants, lenders and others can use the pre-application process to help determine whether a project is eligible, and to provide much of the background information required for a full application.
